Terms of Use

1. About the public preview

AIVE is offered as a free public preview. It is a beta service. Features may change, be slow, be inaccurate or be withdrawn without notice, and it is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Transcripts, cut proposals and packaging text are machine-generated suggestions and can be wrong. Hindi, English and Hinglish transcription are beta, and Hinglish accuracy has not yet been measured. You are responsible for checking anything before you publish it.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding agreement under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.

3. Content you may upload

You may upload only footage and audio that you own or have the right to use. You must not upload or process:

You keep ownership of your content. You give AIVE a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

4. Reports and takedown

Every media item and export carries a "Report this content" control. To report content, or to ask for a takedown, use that control inside the app at app.aive.one, or the "Send feedback" form for anything else; a dedicated mailbox for legal notices will be listed here before paid launch. We may remove content and suspend access while a report is reviewed.

5. Limits and fair use

The preview has per-account quotas, upload size limits and rate limits, and a global capacity limit. When we are at capacity you can join a waitlist. Attempts to evade limits, automate sign-ups or disrupt the service are not allowed.

6. Retention and deletion

Your media, transcripts, renders and kits are automatically deleted 7 days after creation. You can delete any item, or your whole account and data, at any time from within the product. See the Privacy Notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using AIVE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if we receive a valid legal request, or if we end the preview.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIVE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of content or data during the preview. Keep your own copies of anything important.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version string above identifies the text you accepted at sign-up.
