Common problems
The upload was refused
Use a video or audio file of type mp4, mov, m4v, mkv, webm, mp3, wav, m4a or aac. Very large files are refused with a message that names the limit: trim or compress the file and try again.
It says I am waiting in a line
One job runs at a time. The editor shows your place and an estimated wait. Keep the tab open.
The transcript has wrong words
Hindi and Hinglish transcripts are a rough draft. Double-click a word to correct it. Try choosing the language yourself instead of automatic detection.
I used up my media minutes
Each creator has 30 media minutes a month in the beta. The allowance resets at the start of next month.
The sign-up page says we are at capacity
The beta places are taken. Join the waitlist.
My files disappeared
Files are deleted automatically after 7 days. See your data.
The editor shows an error screen
Reload the page. Your work is saved in your browser. If it happens again, report it and tell us what you did just before.
